PILOT TERMS
Terms of pilot use
These provisional terms apply to invited Vetnivo pilot users. They will be replaced by final commercial terms before paid launch.
Invitation-only pilot
Access is personal to the invited email address and may not be shared. Vetnivo may suspend or withdraw pilot access to protect the service, users or data.
Professional responsibility
Vetnivo provides transcription, draft documentation and catalog matching. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace professional judgement. A qualified professional must review every output before it is used in a patient record, invoice or clinical decision.
Practice data
The practice controls its procedure codes, prices, taxes and activation status. Users must have a lawful basis and appropriate permissions for any personal or clinical data they enter.
Pilot limitations
The pilot is supplied for evaluation and may change, contain errors or be interrupted. No availability guarantee or clinical-outcome warranty is given. Current pilot pricing is illustrative and no payment is collected through Vetnivo.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service or use output without the required professional review. Begin with fictitious or anonymised cases until your practice has completed its privacy and security review.
Ending use
You or Vetnivo may end pilot participation. Access can be revoked immediately. Account owners can delete their stored consult and catalog data from the application or request assistance.
